LogiTrack, a pivotal player in the logistics industry, faced challenges with its user interface and overall user experience. My role involved conducting an in-depth analysis of the existing system, identifying key areas for improvement, and leading the design efforts to create a more intuitive and efficient platform. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and users, I ensured that our redesign met both business objectives and user needs.
LogiTrack faces challenges with user experience, as customers grapple with complex navigation, delayed shipment tracking, and inadequate support communication. These issues lead to high churn and low platform engagement, signaling a pressing need for a redesign to meet user needs and enhance satisfaction.
Create a LogiTrack experience where navigation becomes intuitive, real-time tracking is a breeze, and communication channels open up, making logistics management feel less like a chore and more like a conversation.

User Interviews
In our discovery phase for LogiTrack, we delved into user behaviors and unearthed crucial insights about their logistics challenges. This deep dive informed every design decision, ensuring our solutions were not just functional but truly user-centric. To start, we created a Proto-Persona, whom we thought fit the profile our target user base.
We created and conducted User Interviews and distributed User Surveys to gather user insight. Upon doing this, I created our Affinity Map and User Persona. Insights revealed that users needed a more straightforward way to track shipments, communicate with logistics providers, and access documents. Key frustrations included navigation difficulties and a lack of real-time updates.
In defining the scope for LogiTrack, we synthesized user insights, revealing a clear need for a streamlined, more autonomous tracking experience. Concurrently, a thorough Competitor Analysis was executed to benchmark industry standards, paving the way for our comprehensive UX Scenarios and User Storyboarding.
In our quest to reimagine LogiTrack, we embarked on a creative adventure, weaving together the collective genius of our team through brainstorming that felt more like story-sharing sessions and design sprints that mirrored fast-paced treasure hunts. We also created an I Wish, I Like, What If diagram to construct the information architecture of the application.
These heartfelt challenges shaped our final masterpiece—a dashboard that's less of a control panel and more of a storyteller, inviting our users into a narrative of simplicity, immediacy, and connection.
Leveraging our initial sketches, we crafted a low-fidelity, clickable prototype of LogiTrack, which, after refining our visual design, evolved into a high-fidelity, clickable prototype used for extensive user testing to evaluate the product's usability.
User Testing was performed on LogiTrack's high-fidelity, clickable prototype to gauge interaction with potential users. The feedback highlighted areas of confusion due to the prototype's limited functionality and the inactivity of certain interactive elements.
The redesign of the LogiTrack dashboard brought about transformative results that not only enhanced the user experience but also provided measurable business impacts. Our primary goal was to deliver a solution that addressed the pain points of our users, which included difficulties in tracking shipments, navigating the platform, and efficient communication.
From the LogiTrack redesign, the lessons I've taken to heart are many, but here are a few that truly stand out:
